All current MAC clients (not currently with MOO) are eligible to receive a 10% discount off the renewal rates provided by the current carrier.  (The employer must have over 10 employees)   If the employer group is under rate guarantee, Mutual of Omaha will discount the current rates by 10%, as long as no renewal has been provided.

Employees will NOT need to complete any new enrollment forms; this is a paperless transition for all current employees. Mutual of Omaha will need a copy of the current census, plan design and billing information before a proposal is offered. Only a one-page application, filled out by the employer, is required.

The current agent and broker can remain in place with a fixed commission schedule. All employer/employee paid contracts allow you to cancel as long as a 30-day written notice is provided.

Terms and Conditions:   Mutual of Omaha will need claims experience for any group that exceeds 500 employees for Life/LTD and any group that has STD plans that exceed 100 employees.  These groups will be experience rated based on the claims information provided.
