The Michigan Counties Workers' Compensation Fund (MCWCF) was established in 1979 solely for Michigan counties to purchase workers compensation insurance at reasonable prices. Through the assistance of Citizens Management, Inc., our program also provides claim’s servicing and loss control services to assist your county with risk management. The MCWCF is managed by your peers, an eleven member board of commissioners whose counties participate in the Fund. Additionally, the MCWCF is known throughout the state for its rich dividend history.
