Dan Kelly joined MAC in 2026 as a technical assistance specialist for opioid settlement funds.
Prior to joining MAC, he served as executive director of the Shelter Association of Washtenaw County from 2017 to 2025. Previously, Kelly was executive director of Spero Housing Group, an affordable housing development corporation, and housing director of South Oakland Shelter. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness.
Kelly holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Michigan State University.
