The 2022 Legislative Conference is scheduled for March 21-23 in Lansing, with sessions at both the Radisson Hotel and the Lansing Center. The event is co-hosted by the Michigan Counties Medical Care Facilities Council (MCMFC).

Attendee registration for the conference should open in late January 2022. 

The conference will include:

• Plenary sessions with addresses by top state officials and NACo President Larry Johnson of DeKalb County, Ga.
• More than a dozen policy workshops and breakout sessions
• An exhibitor show and reception
• Special events to be announced at a later date

MAC/MCMCFC Commitment to Health and Safety
 
Please be advised that MAC/MCMCFC will be following the recommendations of the Radisson Hotel and the Lansing Center’s guidance with respect to COVID-19 protocols as needed. In the Lansing’s Center case, the venue expects those who are not vaccinated to wear a mask while inside the facility. MAC/MCMCFC will also follow any local or state health orders that are issued for Ingham County.
 
We recognize the importance of meeting in-person, so we continue to focus on an in-person event in March.

The cost to exhibit your products and/or services at the 2022 Michigan Counties Legislative Conference is: $875. Deadline to register a space is Monday, Feb. 21. Each exhibit registration is allowed two people. Each individual starting with the third person requires a fee of $150/person. Exhibit space is approximately 8’ x 10’ and includes one skirted 8’ table and two chairs. Exhibitor set-up is Monday, March 21 from 3PM to 5PM or Tuesday, March 22 before 7:30AM. We have a limited amount of space for exhibitor booths — register early! Space is available on a first come, first served basis.

Note: Current MAC Corporate and Affiliate Members receive a $100 discount on an exhibitor booth.

Reception Highlight 2022 Event

The Legislative Conference will feature a Legislative Reception on Tuesday from 5pm to 6:30 pm, offering complimentary beverages and appetizers for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors at the Radisson, second floor.
