Exhibiting Opportunities
The cost to exhibit your products and/or services at the 2022 Michigan Association of Counties Annual Conference is $875. The deadline to register for an exhibitor space is Sept. 2, the deadline to be included in printed/promotional materials is Aug. 24, 2022. The exhibitor show will be on Monday, Sept. 19 ONLY.
Each exhibit registration is allowed two people. To have three or more people, there is a charge of $150/person, beginning with the third person. Exhibit space is approximately 6’ and includes a table and two chairs. Exhibitor set-up is Sunday, Sept. 18 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., or Monday, Sept. 19 from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. We have a limited amount of space for exhibitor booths — register early!
Current MAC Corporate and Affiliate Members receive a $100 discount on exhibit space. Space is available on a first come, first served basis.
Advertising Opportunities
Each of the more than 300 attendees is provided a full-color event program in their registration bag. This program is their guide to all conference events and makes an excellent platform from which to present information. Ads need to be camera-ready and high-resolution in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, JPG. We must receive your ad copy to conference@micounties.org by 5 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2022.

Cancellation Policy:Refund of registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $100, will be made if cancellation is necessary, provided written notice is postmarked no later than Sept. 2, 2022. No refunds will be given for requests after Sept. 2, 2022.
