The 2024 Legislative Conference is scheduled for April 29-May 1 in Lansing, with sessions at both the DoubleTree by Hilton (formerly Radisson Hotel) and the Lansing Center. The event is co-hosted by the Michigan County Medical Care Facilities Council (MCMCFC).

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES
The cost to exhibit your products and/or services at the 2024 Michigan Counties Legislative Conference is: $900
Deadline to register is Friday, April 5
Each exhibit registration is allowed two people. Each individual starting with the third person requires a fee of $150 per person
Exhibit space is approximately 8’ x 10’ and includes one skirted 8’ table and two chairs – no pipe & drape provided

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted to MAC in writing on or before April 5, 2024. Registrant will receive refund minus an administrative fee of 15%. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs after April 5, 2024.
LEGISLATIVE RECEPTION
The Legislative Conference will feature a Legislative Reception on Tuesday, April 30 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., offering complimentary beverages and appetizers for Corporate Partners and Superior, Michigan and Huron Sponsors Only at the DoubleTree Hotel, second floor.
EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE
Exhibitors have 1.5 hours of non-conflict time on Tuesday, April 30.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing (formerly Radisson Hotel) is providing a special group rate for the event, and is connected via the newly renovated pedestrian bridge to the Lansing Center itself. The bridge now offers improved lighting, new security systems, ventilation system, and carpet.
The cutoff date to reserve your room is April 4, 2024. There is no guarantee that rooms will be available until April 4, so you are encouraged to reserve early.

Parking: Temporary self-parking is available on a space available, first come, first served basis in the city-owned ramp conveniently connected to the DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing via a climate controlled pedway. The current parking rate is $1.50 for each ½ hour, maximum of $15.00 per day. Valet parking is $28 per vehicle per night.
Tax-exempt status: For any DoubleTree by Hilton overnight guest(s) to be eligible for tax-exempt status, (1) the room must be paid for directly by the guest’s government agency, either with a check or credit card, and (2) the guest must provide a copy of the agency’s tax-exempt form. Tax-exempt status is not granted for rooms paid for by the individual, even if getting reimbursed.
