The 2023 Annual Conference is scheduled for Oct. 1-3 in Kalamazoo at the Radisson Plaza Hotel.
The event is co-hosted by the Michigan Counties Medical Care Facilities Council (MCMCFC).

EXHIBITOR BOOTH OPPORTUNITY
NEW EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE:
- Exhibitors now have 1.5 hours on Sunday, Oct. 1 and another 1.5 hours of non-conflict time on Monday, Oct. 2.
- The Annual Conference will feature a Welcome Reception inside the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, Oct. 1 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., offering complimentary beverages and appetizers for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors.
The cost to exhibit your products and/or services at the 2023 Michigan Counties Annual Conference is: $900
Deadline to register a space is Friday, Sept. 8
Each exhibit registration is allowed two people. Each individual starting with the third person requires a fee of $150 per person
Exhibit space is approximately 8’ x 10’ and includes one skirted 8’ table and two chairs – no pipe & drape provided

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted to MAC in writing on or before Sept. 15, 2023. Registrant will receive refund minus an administrative fee of $100. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs after Sept. 15, 2023.

The Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center is providing a special group rate for the event.
The cutoff date to reserve your room is 5 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2023. There is no guarantee that rooms will be available until Sept. 8, so you are encouraged to reserve early.
